For an optimal experience, using earplugs and an eye mask to minimise distractions will deepen your relaxation.

It's crucial to note that certain precautions should be taken to ensure the effectiveness of the healing session. It is asked that clients refrain from consuming drugs or alcohol (excluding prescribed medication) 24 hours before and after the session, as these substances can interfere with the energy flow. Additionally, avoid using incense, candles, or music during the session to maintain a pure energetic environment.

Hydration plays a key role in supporting the body's natural healing processes, so it's important that plenty of water is drunk before and after the session to stay well-hydrated.

Pellowah is mostly used as a stand alone healing practise. It may be combined with other healing modalities providing Pellowah is the last healing. For example you could have a sound healing followed by Pellowah, or Reiki followed by Pellowah.

The two exceptions to the above are Acupuncture and Crystal healing. You may undertake Pellowah healing once the acupuncture needles have been placed in the client. You may undertake a combination of crystal healing and Pellowah providing the crystals are NOT programmed.
